1. Shake tube well and lightly apply 1mL (a marble sized amount) to your dry face and neck.
2. DO NOT rub in yet. Allow to dry for 30-45 seconds or until cooling sensation begins to cease.
3. Gently rub in a circular motion with all four fingers until remnants diminish.
4. Rinse with warm water, then pat dry.
