INSTRUCTIONS : Apply a layer of Revive to the lacquer strip and allow to soak in. If strips are really dry and crunchy you can apply a 2nd coat. Apply a coat of Revive to your nail. Peel the "Revived" strip from it's backing and apply to your prepped nail. Finish with a top coat of Revive.
